Many thanks to Brenda, Diane, Brian, Chris, Janice, Bill, Lorena, Phyllis, Tom, and Joan for helping out at the Blue Ball Barn Go Green event today! We got a single and a family membership while at the event, and several others are planning on sending in their application and money later. 17 people and 1 dog participated in Phyllis' hike at 1:00. They were having so much fun that they stayed out for 1-1/2 hours instead of the planned 1 hour! Tom's hike had to be limited to an hour so they would be back before the Barn closed.  Brenda did a wonderful job decorating the hiking portion of our booth, and the GORP went over very well.  We had 2 videos, a slide show, and 2 kayaks to add to the excitement.  A few trail club members stopped by to say hello and/or participate in one of the hikes.
