Our group got in a good one and one half days skiing at Osceola.
Since I was not skiing, my assignment (self imposed) was to scout out the other skiing venues.
Jackson hill- The fields were wind swept clear of snow.
In the Woods, was a thin layer of powder over Ice.
Breia Office (downtown) ...Office was closed. Canal Trail looked like a thin layer of powder over ice.
Egypt Road. When I got to the parking lot, there was 11 cars. When I walked in towards the shelter I realized that there were no ski tracks. Looks like a group decided to hike. Again the conditions were a thin coat of powder over ice. I checked Canal Trail and Egypt Road twice (morning and late afternoon) and saw no Skiers.
I saw some ski tracks at Egypt Road, but only one or two people.
