Tom, I have tried again to upload files. I follow the instructions through File Location: "CouncilMinutes/", but then there is nowhere to click "Upload New File" I have used both Safari and Firefox browsers. Where is the Upload button??
Also, the April 2008 Council minutes item is blank, but I cannot remove it.
