May 28-31, Fifth annual Memorial Day Weekend at Susquehannock Lodge, North-Central Pa, Leaders: Jim and Joan March (302-368-0441, E: Bratnavy(at)verizon.net) We’re planning three days of outdoor activities: There’s plenty of hiking in Susquehannock and Tioga State Forests, Canoeing and Kayaking on Pine Creek and cycling (Pine Creek Rail Trail through the floor of the PA Grand Canyon). Bike and Canoe/Kayak rentals available at local outfitters . We are planning to hike Saturday and Monday and to rent canoes on Sunday but other options are available. Comfortable accommodation with breakfast and dinner provided by Susquehannock Lodge (packed lunch at additional charge) .
