Lehigh Release Calendar!

I was just going over the trip calendar and noticed a LOT of holes in the Lehigh Schedule. We have more holes than trips planned. The following dates are open and need leaders:

May 25, June 8, June 21, June 22, July 5, July 6, July 20, Aug 2, Aug 3, Aug 17, Aug 30, Aug 31 and Sept 14.

Please let me know if you can lead trips any of those days, and I will post it on the calendar. Looks like it will be a pretty lite paddling season on the Lehigh if no one volunteers!!!!!!!

Remember, there is no gauge on the Muddy!

River Rescue on August 2

Please note that on Saturday August 2 we will have a river rescue clinic at the wing dam on the Delaware River (Lambertville, NJ). This coincides with one of the Lehigh releases--it was the best date we could work out between the schedules of the instructors and out-of-town WTC trips. We will have three (3!) ACA-certified swift water rescue instructors from the National Canoe Safety Patrol. They are donating their time for this, so it'll be good to have a really good turnout. You want everyone who paddles with you to attend this clinic! I'll get out more information soon, but I wanted people to be able to put it on their calendars now.

River 3 clinic 

Michael and I are planning to do a river 3 clinic at the Lehigh on June 21.  This will only involve recent students but please put it on the calendar.  If more than 5 students sign up we'll need another instructor.  I know other instructors are planning on doing a River 3 also.  Thanks.
