Pocomoke River Trip – Snow Hill, MD

Arrangements can be made to stay at Shad Landing State Park, MD if you want to arrive the day before the trip. Snow Hill, MD is about a 3-hour trip from New London, PA or Wilmington, DE.  If you would like a hotel rather than a campsite (cabins also available) Shad Landing is about 1hour from Rehoboth, DE or Ocean City, MD.

We will paddle the Pocomoke River on Saturday at 10:00 am.  This is Mother’s Day weekend so everyone is encouraged to camp and/or paddle.  This will be a leisurely flat-water paddle so bring your sit-on-top, recreational, touring, or sea kayak.
