I noticed that the Army Corps of Engineers has 750 listed as the expected release from Francis Walter Reservoir but the Level just jumped to 1400. After several calls to ACE and to the Dam.
I was told flooding is expected so they are NOW lowering the reservoir. Tomorrow and Sunday the reservoir release will be cut to 200 CFS to minimize downstream flooding. They expect the Lehigh to be runnable from Rockport down but not from Whitehaven
