Memberships: The Wilmington Trail Club offers basic individual and household memberships, with an option to receive printed monthly bulletins for an added fee.
- Basic Individual Membership
- Access to all club events
- Access to the entire website, including the member only sections and calendars.
- Monthly bulletins posted online
- Annual WTC directory printed & mailed, with periodic updates posted online
- Basic Household Membership
- Two or more members in the same household pay reduced membership dues.
- Optional Printed Paper Bulletins
- All the features of the basic membership
- Monthly bulletins printed and mailed
- Added fee to reflect the cost of printing and mailing
Membership Year: Each membership year starts March 16th and ends March 15th of the following year. New members joining for the last half of the membership year pay reduced dues.
Membership Dues:
- New Members Joining Between March 1, 2011 and August 31, 2011
- $23 for an Individual or $40 for a Household
- $17 Additional for Monthly Printed Bulletins
- New Members Joining Between September 1, 2011 and February 29, 2012
- $15 for an Individual or $25 for a Household
- $9 Additional for Monthly Printed Bulletins
- Renewing Members
- $18 for an Individual or $30 for a Household
- $17 Additional for Monthly Printed Bulletins
New Members: Dues for new members include a member initiation fee.
Renewing Members: Renewal deadline is March 15th. To be included in the WTC Directory, have uninterrupted delivery of the WTC Bulletin, and continued access to the WTC Members’ Section of the WTC website, dues must be received by March 15th. Renewal dues are not prorated. To receive a printed WTC Directory dues must be received by April 21st.
Reinstating Lapsed Members: You have one year to reinstate your membership at the renewal rate (March 16th through the end of membership year – March 15th of the following year). After one-year one must join as a new member.
