Description:

Join us for a 6+ mile hike departing at 9 am from First State National Historic Park, at 199 Brandywine Creek Rd, Wilmington, DE 19803   The trail head parking lot is also formerly known as Peters Rock or Smith Bridge picnic area)

This hike to the Granogue water tower explores trails on the grounds of the Granogue Estate and includes one small stream crossing and a few hills. Bring water, snack and bug spray

DIRECTIONS:

From the intersection of US-202 (Concord Pike) & DE-92 (Beaver Valley Rd) proceed west on DE-92 for 1.4 mi. Bear left onto Beaver Dam Rd & proceed 0.7 mi. Turn right onto Brandywine Creek Rd & proceed 0.1 mi. The parking lot will be on the right
